Return Policy
Returns are welcomed on (new) non-vintage items with authorization within 10 days of purchase if for any reason you are not satisfied. Custom/Special orders and vintage items are not included in this return policy. Sorry, we are unable to credit shipping or return shipping fees.
Please contact Vintage Rose Collection for an authorization code on all returns before shipment to ensure that your return is handled properly. Returns cannot be accepted without an authorization code. Items returned for credit must be undamaged and in original packaging for a full refund of your purchase. Insurance is a requirement for the full value of your return.

Vintage Rose Collection collects customer information to process your order. We use the order information to fulfill any orders placed through the Vintage Rose Collection website (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations. The information you provide with Vintage Rose Collection will never be given to any third party without your permission. Shipping Exception: if you have ordered Jo-Anne Coletti's note cards or books, your order is shipped directly from the printer.
